Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Heal4Life by Dt. Manisha Gaur, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations will be processed. By availing of our services, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.
1. Services CoveredThis policy applies to all services and products offered on the Heal4Life website (www.heal4life.health), including but not limited to:
- Online consultations
- Nutrition plans
- Wellness guides
- E-books or downloadable materials
- Refunds are only applicable for services that have not yet commenced.
- Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered or partially completed.
- In case of digital products (e-books, guides, etc.), no refunds will be applicable once the product has been downloaded.
To request a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of the purchase date. Send an email to care@heal4life.health with the following details:
- Your name
- Date of purchase
- Service/product purchased
- Reason for the refund request
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services- Services that have already been utilized (consultations, customized diet plans, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Fees paid for one-on-one consultation sessions are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned.
If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
How to CancelTo cancel a booking, contact us via email at care@heal4life.health with the following details:
- Your name
- Appointment date and time
- Reason for cancellation
If you wish to reschedule a consultation, you can do so at no extra cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests for rescheduling after the 24-hour period may not be accommodated.
4. Exceptions to Refund and Cancellation- Refunds and cancellations will not be applicable for special offers, promotions, or discounted packages.
- Requests made after the stipulated period will not be eligible for refunds or cancellations.
- If services are disrupted due to technical issues from Heal4Life's end, appropriate measures will be taken to reschedule or refund.
